1. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our website, email, or official contact channels.

  • A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your booking, as per the trip plan you choose.

  • Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, online payment gateways, or cash (if agreed in advance).

  • Your booking is not considered confirmed until payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation:

    • Cancellation more than 15 days before the trek: 75% refund

    • Cancellation between 7–14 days before the trek: 50% refund

    • Cancellation less than 7 days before the trek: No refund

  • Company-Initiated Cancellation: In the event that Travel with Moazam cancels a trek due to weather, safety, or logistical reasons, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Note: Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

3. Trekking Requirements

  • Trekkers must be in good physical condition and disclose any medical conditions prior to the trek.

  • All participants are required to follow safety instructions provided by the guide or staff.

  • Travel with Moazam is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues caused by negligence or non-disclosure of health information.

4. Weather & Natural Conditions

Trekking routes are subject to change due to weather, landslides, or unforeseen natural events. We reserve the right to alter itineraries in such cases to ensure the safety of all participants.

5. Travel Documents & Insurance

  • International trekkers are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, such as passports, visas, and travel permits.

  • We highly recommend that all trekkers (local and international) carry travel insurance that covers trekking and high-altitude travel.

6. Code of Conduct

We promote responsible and respectful tourism. Trekkers are expected to:

  • Respect local customs, cultures, and wildlife

  • Avoid littering or damaging the environment

  • Follow all safety and ethical guidelines shared by the team

Any behavior deemed offensive, dangerous, or non-cooperative may lead to removal from the trek without a refund.

7. Website Use

  • All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Travel with Moazam and may not be copied or reused without permission.

  • We do not guarantee that the website will be free of errors or interruptions, but we aim to keep it as accurate and updated as possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take every measure to ensure a safe and memorable trekking experience, Travel with Moazam shall not be held liable for:

  • Any injury, loss, or damage caused during the trip

  • Delays due to transportation issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Loss of personal belongings during the trek

9. Changes to Terms

Travel with Moazam reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
