• Day 1: Islamabad to Mandagucha via Hazara Motorway: Depart Islamabad along the Hazara Motorway (M-15), exiting at Mansehra/Shinkiari. Enter the scenic Siran Valley, passing Dadar and Jbori alongside the roaring Siran River. Arrive in the idyllic village of Mandagucha (2,050m) by afternoon. Set up camp or check into a traditional village guesthouse, enjoying tea beside the rushing glacial stream.
• Day 2: Trek Mandagucha to Jhandi Top / Khori: Begin your trek through dense deodar forests, ascending steadily alongside mountain torrents. Cross alpine streams via rustic wooden log bridges.
