Standard operational guidelines regarding trip reservations, booking deposits, itinerary adjustments, and cancellation terms for travel services with Travel With Moazam.
Travel With Moazam is committed to clarity and fairness in all booking transactions. Because multi-day treks, private road tours, and mountaineering expeditions require substantial advance logistical coordination—including hotel allocations, 4x4 vehicle bookings, mountain guide arrangements, and wilderness permits—specific cancellation terms apply to confirmed departures.
1. Booking Confirmation & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure reservations, permits, and private transport. The balance of the trip fare is due prior to departure as specified in your personalized travel agreement.
2. Client-Initiated Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your journey, notice must be received in writing via email. Refund eligibility depends on the notice period provided before the scheduled start date, minus non-recoverable direct expenses incurred for permits, advance hotel bookings, and transport reservations.
3. Force Majeure & Mountain Conditions
Mountain travel in Northern Pakistan is subject to unforeseen weather events, road closures (such as seasonal landslides), flight cancellations, or governmental directives. In such events, our team works to provide alternative routes or reschedule services where feasible. Comprehensive travel insurance covering high-altitude evacuation and trip interruption is strongly recommended for all travelers.
